Kimberly Ellison-Taylor, CPA, CGMA, chairman of the American Institute of CPAs (188bet亚洲真人体育下载), paid visits to two members of Congress earlier this month who serve on U.S. House of 代表resentatives committees with jurisdiction over key areas of importance to the accounting profession.

She met with 代表resentatives Joyce Beatty, a Democrat from Ohio, and Terri A. 西维尔, a Democrat from Alabama, in order to strengthen the accounting profession’s ties on Capitol Hill.  

代表. Beatty serves on the House Financial Services Committee, and 代表. 西维尔 serves on the House Ways and Means Committee.  代表. Beatty and 西维尔 have been friends to the profession throughout their careers.
